The Everything Fun Wedding – wedding in a barn
Elina is so full of life! When we had our first consultation, she wanted everything for her Irish wedding to fiance Fil. From afternoon tea to a petting farm. Yes. Swear.
We had decor decor decor everywhere and every little touch you could imagine from decorated sugar cubes for the afternoon tea, balloons, a champagne bar to floral crown making stations. There was a personalized tatoo bar, a photo booth and a magician. Ooh, and maybe no petting zoo but there were donkeys and lots of cats, dogs and chickens at Roundwood House where the couple and their guests stayed. The wedding ceremony had Russian traditions to reflect the couple’s backgrounds and was held in the old barn followed by dinner in the library.
The cake was brought over from America as was most of the decor and the whole wedding was gluten-free for the weekend so our groom, Fil, would not be restricted to anything the whole weekend.
Talk about eclectic! To see what I mean, have a look at the stunning photos by IG Studio of this fun Russian- American destination wedding in a barn at an Irish Manor house with dinner in the library. Alice in wonderland-esque day!
All in all it was a great lively fun-filled day and Elina’s laugh rang through the property the whole day. That’s what makes all of the work worth it!
Thanks to Roundwood House for the help, the location and wonderful {ALL gluten free food} and to IG Photo Studios for the stunning pictures!
Great memories.
