Annie, I just wanted to say thank you so much for such an incredible and perfect day. We still have no words adequate enough to describe how absolutely incredible it was and you played such a huge part in it. Everyone (from my mom to the bridesmaids to hair and makeup) commented on how calm I was for a bride but it was because I knew how amazing you are and that you had everything under control! It was absolutely the wedding of our dreams and so much better than we could have ever imagined!! Literally everyone said it was the best wedding they’d ever attended and how lovely everything was. My mom in particular was so thankful for what you did and everyone spoke so highly of you (because you’re the best!!!). We already have people asking when our anniversary trip will be, they all want to do it again in the next couple of years haha.

We only wish we’d had more time to say “thank you”
When we look back on the day two years ago and the (only) six months of preparation that went into it, we are even more amazed by your abilities to pull together the most perfect day. At the time, Emily was drowning in law school and exam studies, and was preparing to transfer to a new career and Casey was keeping her afloat and maintaining his job while preparing to move out of San Diego for the first time in his life. Neither of us were thinking clearly, apart from knowing that we wanted to get married in Ireland and that it had to be in August, before we uprooted and moved to a different city for Emily’s new job. But truly, looking back, even if we’d had clearer minds in the preparation or on the day, there is not a thing about the day we would change because you made everything perfect. We only wish we’d had more time to say “thank you” by taking you out for a pub drink either before or after the day! We will make it happen one day, on a future trip to Ireland.

Annie, after finishing out our trip, and settling back in at home, it is hard to believe that almost a week has gone by since our wedding day. Eddie and I wanted to reach out to let you know how truly thankful we are for you having the ability to put together a team for us that quickly felt like family on our special day. During the planning stages, Eddie and I would receive the questions from family, friends, and coworkers, “Well, how did you find this? How are you doing that? Where do you go for this?” And we found ourselves saying many of the times, “our wedding planner knows that!” Without you, our day would not have been what it was. We wish we had the words to convey our gratitude to you and the team you built for us. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and how you made all of our friends and family feel like they were at home.

Our wedding day surpassed all of our hopes and expectations, and was truly the best day of our lives–all thanks to you! As we approach our one-year anniversary, I can’t help but look back on our wedding and think about just how incredibly grateful we are for Annie. Truly, I don’t know how we would have done any of it without her.

Planning a destination wedding in a foreign country was completely new territory for us. We had this vision of a magical, storybook wedding in Ireland, but absolutely no idea how to make it happen. From the very beginning, Annie made everything feel easy. She was always incredibly responsive and easy to reach, but more than that, she was warm, kind, friendly, and genuinely invested in us as a couple.

Her vendor recommendations were absolutely exceptional, and somehow Annie was able to take everything I had envisioned in my head and make it a reality. I can honestly say she helped us achieve everything I dreamed of for our wedding—and then somehow made it even better.

What I will remember most, though, is how much I trusted her. On our wedding day, everything went so seamlessly because of Annie. Even in my most stressful moments, she became the person I wanted to find. I knew that if Annie was there, everything was going to be okay. Having someone you trust that completely on one of the biggest days of your life is something I don’t think you can put a price on.

Nearly a year later, I still think about how much Annie did for us and how special she made the entire experience. She didn’t just help us plan a wedding—she helped two people who knew absolutely nothing about planning a wedding abroad create the fairytale we had dreamed about.

Annie was perfect in every way, and choosing her was without a doubt one of the best decisions we made. She gave us our dream wedding in Ireland and allowed us to actually be present and enjoy it.

We were planning our wedding from the U.S., and she made it so easy to plan a wedding in Ireland. You absolutely can plan a wedding overseas when you have the right person helping you.

Annie was incredibly organized and on top of every detail, keeping us on track with timelines and taking so much stress off our shoulders. Although we hired her primarily for day-of coordination, she also helped us book transportation and taking care of every request (even when my husband and I were a little slow to respond!).

Our wedding day ran seamlessly thanks to her calm professionalism and thoughtful planning. One moment that truly stood out was when she realized the camera we got for our guest book didn’t match the film we had purchased. Without hesitation, she went out of her way to find and buy the correct camera, even driving to another town to pick it up.
