Fairy Tale Irish – Cloughan Castle Wedding
I’ve been lucky enough to know Kristen and Andrew for a good few years.
Kristen is a wedding and destination wedding photographer based in California, and we worked together on a wedding photo shoot a good few years back, see that here!
When the couple got engaged, they knew the only thing on their minds was an Irish Castle for their fairy tale wedding. They got in touch with me to help.
Her own style is elegant and very romantic. She is a fairy tale photographer, so when she asked me to help plan her wedding in a castle in Ireland, I knew everyone would be in for a treat!
Because of what she does, she is a very visual person and knew the exact look she was going for, so I’d be lying if I said I did the styling. My main contribution was helping with her Irish suppliers, some props, the setup, and decorating, and really making sure the day went smoothly. – which I think it did!
They rented an Irish castle for themselves and their families for the ceremony and reception, along with a scavenger hunt! The look was authentically romantic, ethereal, and beautiful, just as she had planned.
