Most of my couples are doing it. Are you? Personal wedding websites I mean.
In the survey I did recently with Mrs2be.ie almost a quarter of Irish brides ‘to be’ are having them.
And why not? Whether your wedding is at home or abroad, many of your guests are away from the area you plan to marry and it is the perfect way to get them all of the information they need in one place. You can use them to manage your guest list, collect your RSVPs, put up photos before and after the wedding, tell your guests about the local area, accommodation on offer and let them know about pre and post wedding activities AND in many cases, you will get an email address. How nice to have that one email address just for the wedding business.
On a budget? Well, personal wedding websites are readily available either for free or a minimal amount. In fact, with some of them, you can even get matching paper invitations or create e-vites. That is certainly budget friendly!
Have a look at a few of these. Some are free, some are not. Some you can get your own domain some not but there is a huge selection out there.
And Hello Lucky!
And Papeterie has too
Another good one is Ewedding with lots of templates and possibilities.
I also really like the ones on Project Wedding
The Knot and The Wedding Channel also do them and in Ireland there is My Wedding File
So get out there and get yours!
