Bonbonnes Bottles

I don’t care where you would use these or for what. I love the vintage green glass and french labels. Would be fabulous details for any vintage, outdoor or French-inspired wedding.

They are bonbons bottles (or dame-Jeanne as they are also called) and they were used to conserve and transport wine and ferment other types of alcohol. {oh yes}.  They date from the late 1860s so they aren’t cheap but maybe a little bit of inspiration and could very well add a little touch of colour and style to your wedding plus I love the shapes

Step aside jam jars!

OOh and I found them on Summerill & Bishop. There are lots more lovely things there too!
