American Wedding with Irish Traditions

This wedding is long overdue to be posted. Tara and JJ’s wedding was last April and looking at it now again, I’m so sorry it took me so long.

Tara and JJ hired me, and we booked the location and venue site unseen by them for their destination wedding in Ireland. They chose Ennis as the location for their wedding being so close and convenient to Shannon Airport for their American guests travel. There, the Templegate Hotel had all of the Irish-ness they needed for their american wedding. They didn’t even see the place until a few days before their wedding date. Although I seem to remember that photos of the bar in the hotel sold it to JJ!

Over 50 of Tara and JJ’s closest family and friends travelled to Ireland for their wedding and thankfully it was a glorious day for them.

There ceremony was in Knappogue Castle and full of Irish Traditions. Mike Patterson was their photographer and I think he captured the day and feeling perfectly.

All in all, a great time was had at this most traditional American Irish wedding!
