The American’s are at it again. Coming up with fun new beautiful things.
As Photographer Aaron Shintaku says, ‘You don’t have to be married or engaged to be IN LOVE and have awesome pictures taken.’ So for Josh and Michelle, first there was a beautiful “In Love’ session {what a brilliant idea!} shot by Aaron Shintaku then Josh got another idea………………. A proposal shoot.
He and Aaron got together and cooked up a plan for his proposal to Michelle telling her that a blog wanted to do a picnic style, romantic series based on Aaron’s previous shoot. They also told her that Jesi Haack, of Jesi Haack Weddings was going to style it, which Jesi did, they also told her they needed models for this fabulously styled picnic blog shoot and asked her to step in.
Clueless to their cunning plan, Michelle of course said she would do it! Have a look to see how it unfolds!
Thanks to Jesi Haack and Aaron Shintaku and of course Josh and Michelle for letting me share the story!
For more fab photos and just great style, check our Jesi’s blog here and Aaron’s blog here!

What a gorgeous photo shoot, but I’m not sure too many guys would be able to actually do the deed of proposing with a photographer right there! An alternative to this would be to set up a video in the room when you are planning to propose, so you both have something to look back on and capture that excitement to share with your family and friends afterwards.
Thank you so much for the post!!!!
