I’d like to meet you first where possible to get to know each other, discuss personality, find out likes and dislikes, style, needs and wedding budget. I will then create a proposal specific to our conversation and your budget so my service fits your needs and you know exactly what you will be paying.

Our services can include:

• Pre Event Planning
  Create an outline plan and timeline to keep you organized throughout the wedding planning process.

• Budget Planning and Management
  Just what is says on the tin. We help you set a realistic budget and keep you within that budget.

• Vendor/Supplier Management
  Create your Dream Team, recommending and assisting in choosing wedding photographers, wedding florists and other vendors and suppliers that suit your needs, style and budget. Negotiating contracts with them and attending meetings. Confirm order, delivery and times.

• Design and Styling
  Pulling the dream together with colour, style suggestions, resources, and extra touches with creative details.

• Advice and Assistance
  Continual advice on everyday issues like wedding etiquette and invitations, favours, bridesmaid and groomsmen’s gifts and welcome packs; Even general personal assistance.

• Guest Services
  Manage RSVPs and guest needs. Organize guest transportation, accommodation, itineraries, pre and post wedding parties.

• Event Day Coordinating
  Put your phone away. We professionally staff and manage all details on your wedding day to a timeline so you and your bridal party can relax and enjoy the events. We distribute final vendor payments, organize family and wedding party and even provide an emergency kit.
