Today’s quickie is a tip. I try to say it to everyone every time.
Check your tuxes and/or suits before you leave the store!
Got pants?
And I don’t just mean ‘look at them’ check them. Try them on too!
Are you getting shoes? Do you need cuff links? Does it fit?? It is the right color? Do you know how to tie a cravat? {luckily I do but guys, you should know too}. Do you need socks? Are there pants even in that black bag?
No offense to the guys at the tuxedo and suit hire shops but almost inevitably something is wrong or missing. But there are a lot of pieces to go with your average tux and normally a lot of guys to dress so cover yourself {no pun intended} and just double check them before the wedding day. Please?
